Beth Arnold is a member of Coaches Catalyzing Change: A Paradigm Project Community of Practice. Beth Arnold is currently a Teacher and Pedagogista at Ahava Early Learning Center in Atlanta, GA. Beth classifies herself as a late bloomer, and thus has enjoyed a career in Early Childhood Education after a short stint of being able to stay home and raise two wonderful children. She has worked in both the private and public sector, with students of diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and special rights. Her background in the Arts and her interest in the Reggio Emilia approach has informed her teaching practices, and fueled her passion for Early Childhood Education. Her interests in child development and her propensity for discovering small wonders in the natural world fuels her artistic view. She practices gratitude with a Jewish lens which results in a tendency towards a comedic and cynical, yet appreciative view of the world.
